In 2015, our leadership team launched a fitness equipment manufacturing facility, leveraging our strategic location and commitment to quality to break into the market. Since then, we've continuously expanded our product range, now boasting over 500 distinct types of equipment to meet diverse customer needs. To uphold our promise of timely delivery and sufficient supply, we've consistently scaled up our production capabilities. Our manufacturing campus now spans 50,000 square meters and features six specialized workshops: raw materials, manufacturing, welding, spraying, assembly, and finished goods storage. Each workshop plays a crucial role in our streamlined production process, ensuring we deliver only the best fitness equipment to our customers.
Our use of three-dimensional warehousing ensures that raw materials and accessories are organized precisely. Through standardized management, we guarantee efficient and orderly storage, setting the stage for a seamless production flow.
Equipped with five advanced laser cutting machines and high-power fiber lasers, our machining workshop excels in precise cutting operations for various metals and pipes. This process establishes a flawless foundation for subsequent manufacturing steps.
Spanning over 3,600 square meters, our welding workshop adheres strictly to design specifications, assembling and testing components to ensure they meet our high standards of durability and quality.
Our spraying workshop features two large-scale production lines dedicated to applying high-quality, durable coatings to our products, enhancing their appearance and longevity.
In the assembly workshop, skilled technicians work meticulously to assemble parts, ensuring each piece functions harmoniously. This diligent process enables us to produce over 1,000 sets of diverse fitness equipment monthly, satisfying market demands.
Quality inspectors rigorously examine the assembled products. Only those meeting our standards are carefully disassembled, wrapped in three protective layers (plastic wrap, bubble film, and wooden box), and stored according to order numbers, ready for dispatch.
